Trent Birkholz
Vice President, Development
Trent joined Intricon in 2021 and currently serves as Vice President of Development. In this role, he leads development initiatives for new products and technologies to drive growth and position Intricon to be the best joint development manufacturing partner possible. Prior to this role, Trent served as the Senior Director of R&D for Intricon’s surgical navigation team.
Before joining Intricon, Birkholz was the Managing Partner at Resonance Consulting Partners, providing consulting services related to leadership, organizational effectiveness, and change management. Previously, Trent held leadership roles at Heraeus Medical Components, where he served as the Site Lead/VP of Product Development and transformed the site into a development center. He also held technical leadership positions at NeoMetrics and Boston Scientific/Guidant Corp. Trent earned a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
