Key executive hire will focus on bringing newly integrated global manufacturing and development capabilities to medical device companies.

St. Paul, MN (Oct. 16, 2025) – Forj Medical, a CDMO with deep expertise in system and component design, microelectronics, precision molding, and automation, appointed Jeff Kelly as its chief commercial officer. With more than two decades of experience leading commercial teams in medical device and life science CDMOs, Kelly will oversee Forj Medical’s global commercial organization, including sales, marketing, customer service, and strategic partnerships.

Prior to joining Forj Medical, Kelly held senior leadership positions at medical device manufacturers Lisi Medical and Cadence. He has also served as international commercial market director for Quest Diagnostics and Medrad, a division of Bayer Healthcare.
