In its latest article, MD&DI speaks to Forj Medical’s CEO, Jeremy Maniak, to discuss what this new merger means for the industry, how the integration is going, and what is next for Forj.

In early October, development and manufacturing organizations Intricon and Minnetronix Medical joined forces to form one, united company, Forj Medical.

Forj Medical, now headquartered in Arden Hills, MN, has six facilities across the U.S., Indonesia, Singapore, and Costa Rica offering fully integrated CDMO services for medical device OEMs. The newly formed company specializes in developing and scaling innovation across the diabetes, advanced optics, surgical energy, vascular disease, drug delivery, and surgical navigation markets.

Recently, the company announced its first major hire as a newly combined company, appointing Jeff Kelly as its chief commercial officer to oversee Forj Medical’s global commercial organization, including sales, marketing, customer service, and strategic partnerships.
