This area includes close tolerance molding processes as well as automated loading, inspection and packaging.
Production 2: Automated Needle Hub Molding
This area features highly efficient Matsui pellet distribution equipment for greater flexibility and less waste. Developed in Japan, they’re an example of the early adopter mindset that drives innovation at Intricon.
Production 3: Vertical Molding
Miniature medical parts are manufactured here including hearing aid parts, needle molding and more.
The controlled environment of this space include flow hoods that filter air a second time for pharmaceutical applications.
This area includes high cavitation, high volume, hot runner molding production.
QA Testing Area:
Rigorous incoming and outgoing quality inspection takes place in this area.
Supplies and inventory are kept here along with custom molds for our customers.
