All Intricon manufacturing facilities have at least one high capacity clean room for meeting stringent production requirements at scale. Here, an automated needle assembly process produces precision sub-assemblies.
Dual production facilities allow high capacity throughput to get product to market on-time and on-budget. In addition to fully automated processes, highly skilled hand assembly is also an option at Intricon.
All Intricon manufacturing facilities are registered with the FDA. To produce micro-coils, Intricon winds insulated wire as small as 58 AWG (one-third the diameter of a human hair) around a wide range of cores.
Two warehouses provide flexible storage space for production materials and finished products prior to shipping.
